The Company
ARIS Coaching Services reaches clients from across Canada and from all walks of life. Based in Vancouver, BC, we are a full service professional personal coaching company specializing in personal communications and solutions-thinking that assists people to break through challenging and real-life personal situations.
The ARIS Coaching System© is convenient, affordable and flexible and is designed so people can enjoy maximum choice in how and when they can get the coaching they need. By offering powerful and focused coaching conversations that produce change—easily, with noticeable and long-lasting results—through both Long Term and Short Term Coaching options (including unique ARIS Individual Sessions), ARIS connects clients directly to some of the most practical coaching tools and techniques available.
This distinct style of coaching is based on the science of human neurology and cognition. It makes use of researched and tested practices from various disciplines within the human development field including Solution Focused client work, ethical Neuro-linguistic Programming (NLP), Expert Performance Modeling and the highly regarded working principles of Dr. Milton H. Erickson, among others.
ARIS Coaching Services is also the home base for ARIS Training Solutions, providing communication and coaching skills training and facilitation to businesses and organizations.
The Coaches

The Owner of ARIS Coaching Services is Heather Parks. Heather is a Certified Solution Focused Coach, NLP Master Practitioner and Member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF). In addition to holding a degree in business and completing studies in psychology, her ongoing love of learning includes the study of integrated learning models, whole-brain thinking, expert modeling, communication, relationships, interpersonal dynamics and creativity. Originally from Halifax, Nova Scotia, Heather has lived in various locations around the world. She's made Vancouver home for the last dozen or so years now. |
Heather is active in the Vancouver coaching community as a member of the International Coach Federation and President of the Solution Focused Coaches Association. She is past General Manager of Erickson College, Vancouver, the starting place of Solution-Focused Coach training worldwide & head office for Erickson College International, and continues to be involved with Erickson College through various training, support and development initiatives.
Coaches working with ARIS are professionally trained Solution Focused Coaches, are graduates of an ICF Accredited Professional Coach Training Program and are practiced in Neuro-Linguistic Programming.
